"Doing good is the only certainly happy action of a man's life."
Sir Philip Sidney
I bought a lottery ticket today at the grocery store. It is now up to 130 million, I think. Hard to get a grasp of what kind of money that would really be.
In my fantasy, I already know how I would spend it; Uncle Sam gets half, my family members get a million each, so minus 7 mil, 10 would go to some really needy hungry people, 3 to building a house in California, and 25 into the bank to just live off of the interest. That leaves 10 million left...
and what I would absolutely love to do is this...
I would want to have any and all poor, aspiring artists, that had talent but little money to fund their art, send me pictures of their work. After looking through their artwork and figuring out who was serious and who was not and who was really in need, I would like to fund all the expenses involved in launching their art career. Classes, framing, travel, computer stuff, photographs, art materials, etc. would all come out of my pocket. I would also showcase their work in my own gallery and help them in anyway that I could to further their pursuit getting their art out there. Just dreaming today.

And what about your poor and not so talented FRIENDS? We would like a million or so too!
