Virginia Landscapes Today at the Charles H. Taylor Arts Center

This painting is called Charlottesville Clouds and is in the show Virginia Landscapes Today opening at the Charles H. Taylor Center in Hampton. The opening is on Sunday, September 2, from 2-4pm. Landscape artists from all over the area are showcasing  their selected works from places throughout our state. The exhibit runs through October 14th and is a great way to spend an afternoon on a lovely Sunday. The painting is on a gallery wrapped canvas, 24x48 and has been sold.

Painting "Newport" Seen at Parade of Homes

This painting was selected by the Parade of Homes that will open on Sunday at Buckroe Beach. I hope to get a chance to slide by and see how they have shown it. It's always interesting to see what environment your work ends up in if you have the opportunity. Mostly, they go away and you never know what happens to them.
